QUESTIONS ABOUT CARDIO BOX

Do I need boxing experience?

None at all. Every combo is taught from scratch and every round is coached. Most of our members had zero boxing experience when they started. You'll pick it up fast.

Is there any sparring?

No. Cardio Box is a fitness-only format. You'll hit bags, not people. There's no contact whatsoever — just technique, combos, and sweat.

Do I need my own gloves?

Gloves are required for class, and we have them available for purchase at the gym. We'll make sure you're set up with the right pair for your hands.

How long is each class?

Each Cardio Box class is 45 minutes — structured from warm-up through final round. It's fast-paced and goes by quick.

What if I'm not in great shape?

Every drill is scalable. You go at your own pace and your coach provides modifications for every level. You'll get better every single class — that's the whole point.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. That's it — we handle the rest.
